EmailHey all - by now many of you have seen the Origins announcement regarding the special events and the Fiesta slot. For those that haven't - you can find the link here: http://wizards.com/default.asp?x=rpga/origins/rpg-blurbs
I wanted to clarify some information regarding the Living Greyhawk Late-Night Super Fiesta
Living Greyhawk Late-Night Super Fiesta
Generic tickets only. Players are responsible for mustering themselves and finding a DM. Any non-special core adventure ever released is open to play, as well as regional adventures from Years 1-2 and 7-8! DMs are responsible for bringing adventures and play records, as well as converting 3rd Edition adventures to v.3.5 rules. RPGA HQ will only provide tracking forms and play space. Now expanded to four nights, the Super Fiesta runs midnight – 5 am on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
There are a couple of caveats regarding the play of Year 1 and Year 2 regional adventures - specifically that you are responsible for obtaining these adventures on your own. The Verbobonc Triad is not responsible for providing these adventures to you. Also, to reiterate what is stated above - the DM is responsible for providing all play records and for converting 3rd Edition adventurs to 3.5 rules.
To assist DMs with any conversion, I have uploaded the D&D 3.0 to 3.5 Update Booklet and the Living Greyhawk 3.5 Conversion Rules document that was originally released back in 2003 to the Verbobonc website. You can them in the Miscellaneous area of the Downloads section. These documents should help you convert any Year 1 or Year 2 adventures to 3.5 format. Of course, current regional adventures (Year 7 and Year 8) are available for play and the Triad can provide these upon request (as per the normal ordering process).
Thanks!

EmailWhereas the Church of Trithereon has perpetrated seditious acts throughout the Viscounty for the past two years; and
Whereas the Church of Trithereon is responsible for the recent and heinous assassination of the following noble houses in Verbobonc: House Chondell, House DeChutes, House Deleveu, House Galans, House Haxx, House Rhynehurst, House Saflynd, and House Stefania; and
Whereas only those of House Avgustin, House Langmuir, House Milinous, House Jimm, House Vaswell, and House Velysin survived through the grace of the
gods; and
Whereas the Church of Trithereon has been unrepentant of its actions;
Therefore, on this 13th day of Coldeven in the Common Year 598, do we, Viscount Estival, with the blessings of our feudal overlord, Canon Priffin Truft of Veluna, proclaim that from this day forth, the Church of Trithereon is banished from the Council of Abbots. Its formal organization is dissolved and its members attainted for sedition. Possession of a holy symbol of Trithereon shall be equated with membership and treated as sedition. Repeated offenses shall be considered treason and accordingly acted upon by our duly designated representatives of the law.
Also with the blessings of Canon Truft, we formally dissolve the patents of nobility for the creature known as Shannus. Henceforth, he is stripped of
his title and lands and confined to the town called Glory.
The loss of so many noble houses has created a vacuum of power and authority within the land. While heirs to these lands may possibly be found, we have no wish to burden those of tender years with the weight of baronial administration. Therefore, all lands belonging to those house assassinated by members of the Church of Trithereon are hereby escheated to the direct control of the Viscount until such time as we can select able administrators to govern in our name. Furthermore, to more fully direct the dispensation of law and justice in the Viscounty and more actively govern the defense of our land, we therefore this same day formally dissolve the Mounted Borderers and incorporate their number into our Estival House Guard, also known as the Bondsmen of House Estival. Given the recent loss of leadership of the Mounted Borderers, particularly Waldgraf Corbin Deleveu and Lord Roland Galans, those who would serve the Viscounty require—nay, deserve—the firmer direction that we alone can provide.
Those who would take the dispensation of justice into their hands are hereby placed on notice that vigilante activities will not be tolerated. Organizations such as the Company of the Black Rose and the Wanderers of Coldeven are included in this announcement, so that they are aware of their status within the Viscounty.
In order to secure the Viscounty and restored order to those areas of the land where conflict reigns, we shall be posting Bondsmen of our Noble House in large numbers at designated towns and population centers so as to both reassure the populace and serve as a deterrent to lawbreakers. Accordingly, a detachment of our best troops shall soon be garrisoned in the town of Twilight Falls to serve as a warning to those elven insurgents who feel that the laxness under Viscount Langard during the destruction of TerreVerte and the assault upon Ketter’s Hearth will be continued. The Viscounty is strong again and we will not sit by and allow our land to be assaulted!
Signed this 13th day of Coldeven,
Wellborn Estival, Viscount of Verbobonc
Witnessed by Lady Elise Brandenburg, Baroness of Avgustin; and Lord
Ludovic, Baron of Langmuir
